Roleplay Classes

As defined by the Great Alliance there are four main classes with subclasses, specializations, and paragons.

Mage

The Mage is a Scholar of the Arcane Arts. This individual has chosen to Walk the Path of the Wizard.

Mage Subclasses

Mystic

A mystic focuses on the School of Divination. The Mystic is an individual who has pursued the path of wisdom and insight, not from books but through meditation and spiritual exercise. This path is often the path of loners or those who, even in a group, are focused on their self-mastery.

Thaumaturge

Thaumaturgy is the class of magic wherein the practitioner casts spells through the use of items, including dolls, amulets, with a special focus on wards and curses.

Witch or Warlock

Witches and Warlocks are essentially Hedge Wizards. They cast spells through unconventional means such as dolls, amulets, wards, and curses.

Priest - Healers

The Priest is the divine caster of the battlefield. They call forth their chosen channeling method to gain access to the weave. They are the true healers on the battlefield. Able to call upon the greatest of healing methods.

Rogue

The Rogue is a free-spirited individual that operates outside the law to accomplish their goals. Often, scoundrels and renegades believe the end justifies the means. Typically solo but not uncommon for a Sect to operate with a strong leader.

Warrior

The warrior is the basis for all fighters on a battlefield. This is the individual to whom Battle is Life. They live or die by the sword. All soldiers, both trained and untrained, fall under this heading.

Untrained fighters being referred to as Squires.
