Land of Lunaria - Terra Lunae

The Land of Lunaria is a fantasy magical realm. Lunaria is a proud member of the Great Alliance an inter-sim roleplay community that has been in Second Life since 2007.

Many of the ideas shaping Lunaria stem from the European Late Middle Ages, the Renaissance, the fictional, mythological, and fantasy worlds. A bit of alternate history as well. Lunaria embraces magical and supernatural elements in a real-world setting with fantastical elements, creating an entirely imaginary universe with physical laws, logic, and populations of imaginary races and creatures. Lunaria incorporates various subgenres and types of fantasy in a robust and ever-growing narrative. Lunaria embodies peace and harmony with nature.

Lunaria is an archipelago located in the Northern Sea.

The Great Alliance utilizes the Unity Empire Gathering & Sim Economy System. Unity Empire System is a complete sim system, including everything for a fully interactive sim economy. Players can buy and sell goods that are made from gathered ingredients, grow crops for the mill, create recipes - all interactive with the Unity Maxim Meter.

The primordial Goddess Eterna created the magical and fertile lands of Lunaria. Eterna is the eternally fruitful source of everything. She is the embodiment of Lunaria, with an unlimited ability to manipulate time, space, matter, energy, magic, and reality.

Many moons ago, the goddess blessed the land with extraordinary magic. The very moonlight drenches Lunaria with life and magic. The goddess showed the utmost grace and love for the menagerie of lives that would inherit the land, and with that, Lunaria became a peaceful sanctuary, a beacon of light and peace.

Until recently, the lands were hidden by a protective veil. Then, goddess Eterna saw fit to lift the veil so Lunarians might interact with the outside world. Scouts were sent out to explore the world, discovering an abundance of turmoil beyond their protected sanctuary. Lunaria's

Age of Exploration.

The queen promptly began fortifying the lands, forming alliances and trade partnerships to ensure Lunaria remained a peaceful sanctuary. Every denizen fiercely protects the land and its inhabitants.

Although Lunaria is exposed to many dangers, Lunarians are glad to meet new folks and explore new lands on their journey of discovery. Quite literally, a whole new world has been revealed to them.
